GAMEMASTER SIGN-UP
This event is known as an ‘expo’ because there aren’t any tournaments. We’re looking for people to run tabletop wargaming demos, fun multiplayer events, ‘homebuilt’ rules systems, playtests, and things of that nature. If you run an event or events for at least six hours, your weekend badge fee will be waived. Table space will be 60 inches by six feet.
Please fill out the form below with your event (if you’d like to run multiple events, please fill out a separate form for each) and if you have any questions, please let me know via email at atom@tabletopminions.org and I’ll get you sorted.
Housing - COMING SOON
There is a discounted hotel block available at the Oshkosh Waterfront Marriott Hotel (across the skywalk from the convention center) for $139.99 per night. Book your group rate for Tabletop Minions Expo here - last day to book with the group rate is May 5, 2025. Also, there are bathrooms are IN your room, not down the hall like in the years past. So that’s nice.

To vendors:
We’re accepting vendors for the event. Right up front: this event is pretty small and intimate, and we really only want vendors who are game manufacturers, publishers, and designers or vendors who make products for tabletop wargaming (terrain, models, templates, accessories, etc.) as well. A single six-foot table is $50 for the weekend and includes two vendor badges. Please email me at atom@tabletopminions.org if you’re interested or have questions.
